Hal’s Kitchen Policies
Please Read the Following Policies Carefully before Registration
Classes:
Class registration is based on a first come, first served basis. Please register as early as possible and encourage your friends to do the same. We would hate for anyone to miss out on the fun due to a sold out class. If you do need to cancel, please do so by contacting Hal’s Kitchen staff within seven (7) days prior to the class to receive a refund or exchange. Any cancellations up to three (3) days prior to the class date will result in an exchange for another class only. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be accommodated (60) hours prior to class.
Hal’s Kitchen will do everything possible to adhere to the menu and instructor which has been advertised. However; we reserve the right to exchange ingredients, recipes, or instructors when it is deemed necessary. All classes include recipes, tastings, and a 10% discount on retail items or additional classes when purchased on the date of the class. We reserve the right to cancel or re schedule a class. Students will be notified via email and phone as soon as possible. In the event of a cancellation, students will be completely refunded with a receipt. In the event of a rescheduled class, pre-registered students will be given the first opportunity to register or credit towards another class within 30 days.
Please dress appropriately for hands on classes. Although the owner cooks in high heels, it is not recommended. Please wear closed toe, flat shoes with a non – slip sole. This is required for all teen and children’s camps and classes.
Gift cards may be used to purchase classes, but cannot be redeemed for cash.
