Having your team learn to work together in the kitchen to create something delicious is a modern approach to building camaraderie and productivity. As your team learns to plan, organize and work together with a deadline to accomplish a fantastic (and tasty!) task at Hal’s Kitchen, they will learn to incorporate these skills in their work practices.

Hal’s Chefs’ Table
2-3 Hour Class Based On Client’s Needs. Average Cost Per Person is $90
Less hands-on, the guests will remain seated around the island. (Limited to 10 students) Guests will have opportunities to participate at times throughout class. Guests will be offered a snack and water/soda to start. * Guests will receive a hearty sampling of the menu items, copies of recipes, two complementary glasses of wine, and a 10% discount on retail items. Many items will be prepped in advance with the 2 hour class.
Traditional Style-Hands-On-Class
3-5 Hour Class. Average Cost Per Person is $85
(Limited to 12 students)
Guests will be offered a snack and water/soda to start. * An Introduction will be conducted, and guests will cook throughout class alongside chef. Guests will receive copies of recipes, two complementary glasses of wine, and a 10% discount on retail items.
Mystery Basket:
3 Hour Class. Average Cost Per Person is $95
(Depending on Protein)
Hands-on with a twist- the guests are offered snack and water/soda * to start. An Introduction will be conducted, and guests be divided into two teams and each team will prepare a 3-course meal using the mystery ingredients provided as well as pantry items. Guests will eat meal prepared, and guests will be responsible for relaying recipes to a staff member for copying. Guests will receive two complementary glasses of wine, and a 10% discount on retail items.
Hal’s Kitchen Challenge
3 Hour Class. Average Cost Per Person is $85
Hands-on with a twist- the guests are offered snack and water/soda to start *, and an intro will be conducted. Guests will be divided into two teams and each team will prepare the previously selected menu. Guests will eat the meal prepared, and receive copies of recipes, two complementary glasses of wine, and a 10% discount on retail items.
Challenge with a Twist
Same as above except we introduce a secret ingredient that must be incorporated into each course.
Demonstration
2-3 Hour Class Based On Client’s Needs. Average Cost Per Person is $55
(Minimum # of guests for this to 25)

Pay It Forward
3-5 Hour Class with Light Meal Served. Average Cost Per Person is $75
Work on Giving Back. Guests will be offered a snack and water/soda to start. * An Introduction will be conducted, and guests will cook throughout class alongside chef. Items prepared in class will be donated to local charity. Guests will receive copies of recipes, two complementary glasses of wine, and a 10% discount on retail items.
