Modern Israeli Cooking ($89)

Breakfast in Israel is a feast which is beyond compare. We are super excited for this class, and you should be, too! Join chef and cook book author Danielle Oron as you work with her to re-create some of her best recipes: Traditional and Roasted Tomatillo & Poblano Shakshuka, Fattoush, Bourekas, Hummus and Tahini, all served with fresh pita, labne, feta and olives. As a little bonus, we’ll add Chef Oron’s tahini-chocolate chip cookies which were featured in the New York Times. Her book, Modern Israeli Cooking will be available for signing and purchase, too!
East Meets West ($89)

Join the Asian Caucasian team of Lesli and Damien for new twists on classic Asian dishes which are perfect for entertaining. This hands on class will feature Roasted Butternut Squash Wonton Bites, Wasabi Seared Tuna, Thai Bean Thread Noodles with Chicken, Spicy Asian Brussel Sprouts, and bonus recipe of Avocado Ice Cream in Cookie Cups.
Mother's Day Brunch ($89)
Sunday, May 13 (11:00am-1:30pm)
Come with mom or bring your friends. This hands on class is for anyone who loves to brunch! The menu will start with mini herb frittatas with creme fraiche and smoked salmon, followed by crab cakes “benedict-style” with hollandaise over fresh baked savory scones, with tomato and pomegranate salad, and finishing with banana bread-bread pudding with whiskey sauce and fresh cream. As always, brunch is never complete without mimosas!
Bagles and Lox
The best part of the weekend is brunch! Create some brunch favorites while enjoying Mimosas and a Bloody Mary Bar. Buttermilk Biscuits with quick, in season preserves, Fried Green Tomato Eggs Benedict with Braised Okra and Tomatoes, ending with Banana Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce. $75 per person, 21 years and older.
Mid East Feast
We love these flavors, and can’t wait to share our passion with you. We will start with Shakshuka with house made pita, Harissa Chicken, Herb Falafell, and Moroccan Carrots, finished with Tahini Panna Cotta with Candied Pistachios and Pomegranate.
Thanksgiving Prep: Turkey and Pies
Make this the best Thanksgiving ever. Learn our favorite brining methods, and the secret to our very best pies. We will cover several decorative crusts and lattices, and perfect tart dough. $65 per person, 18 years and older.
