Valentine's Dinner ($125)

Saturday, February 10 (6:30pm-9:30pm)

Jacques Pepin said, “Cooking is Truly an Act of Love”. Show off your love in our kitchen at our infamous Valentine’s Day Dinner. Each of the five courses will be expertly paired, and feature: 1) Cheese, charcuterie, and flat breads, 2) Oysters with Cream, Spinach, and Pancetta, 3) Arugula with Figs, Blue Cheese, and Savory, Herb Pate Aux Choux, 4) Seared Lamb Chops over white beans, saffron and merguez with roasted harissa carrots, 5) Espresso Panna Cotta with Midnight Shortbread and Raspberry Coulis

Valentine's Southern Brunch ($100)

Sunday, February 11 (11:00am-2:00pm)

Feel the love without the hype. Cook with your friends, family, or love interest in our modern, industrial kitchen. The hands on class features a menu of 1) Cornmeal Fried Oysters and Fried Green Tomatoes with Buttermilk Dressing, 2) Chicken an Apple Sausage, Big and Buttery Biscuits with Breakfast Gravy, Braised Okra and Tomatoes, 3) Bananas Foster Pudding. Bagles and Lox

Get out of that long line at the deli and into Hal’s Kitchen! Learn how to make a variety of bagels, gravlax, pickled tomatoes. The whole shmear for a delicious brunch! Tickets are $65 per person, and class runs from 1-4pm.

Southern Brunch

The best part of the weekend is brunch! Create some brunch favorites while enjoying Mimosas and a Bloody Mary Bar. Buttermilk Biscuits with quick, in season preserves, Fried Green Tomato Eggs Benedict with Braised Okra and Tomatoes, ending with Banana Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce. $75 per person, 21 years and older.
