Comfort Food for the Eclectic Soul

Saturday, August 18 at 6:30pm

This is one of favorite cuisines, and we can’t wait to share our passion with you. This hands on class will have wine served with dinner. We will start with Black Tahini and Baba Ghanouj with scratch made Pita, followed by harrisa spiced chicken, zucchini falafel, and roasted cauliflower and broccoli with feta served with tahini sauce, followed by orange cake with dark chocolate ganache. $79 per person.

JDRF Cooking for a Cause

Friday, August 24 at 6:30pm

Join your Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation friends for a fun, decadent, yet healthy cooking class. This hands on evening will feature zucchini fritters with yogurt, arugula salad with champagne vinaigrette, followed by salmon with avocado whip over pea puree, and roasted broccoli with calabrian peppers, finished with fresh fruit tart. Wine will be served through out. $100 per person with a large portion of the proceeds going to JDRF.

Meat 101

Saturday, October 27 at 6:00pm

Confused by Aging, Grading, Cleaning, and Prep? Let the Meat Doctor give you a primer in all things meat! Local expert, Jerry Draluck, M.D. (meat doctor), will show you what to look for in great cut of beef as well as proper cooking techniques. This class will prepare Beef Tenderloin, Duck Leg, and the best burger ever. Wine will be served with dinner. $90 per person.

Get out of that long line at the deli and into Hal’s Kitchen! Learn how to make a variety of bagels, gravlax, pickled tomatoes. The whole shmear for a delicious brunch! Tickets are $65 per person, and class runs from 1-4pm.

Southern Brunch

The best part of the weekend is brunch! Create some brunch favorites while enjoying Mimosas and a Bloody Mary Bar. Buttermilk Biscuits with quick, in season preserves, Fried Green Tomato Eggs Benedict with Braised Okra and Tomatoes, ending with Banana Bread Pudding with Whiskey Sauce. $75 per person, 21 years and older.

Make this the best Thanksgiving ever. Learn our favorite brining methods, and the secret to our very best pies. We will cover several decorative crusts and lattices, and perfect tart dough. $65 per person, 18 years and older.
