St. Patrick’s Day Dinner at Hal’s Kitchen March 18, 2017

It’s time to move beyond the green beer, and get a true taste of Ireland. This hands-on class teaches techniques, as well as insight into the food of Ireland. Dinner will be paired with beers from the local favorite, Gate City Brewing Company, gifts from Kerrygold will make this the best St. Patrick’s day yet!

• COURSE ONE: Reception featuring Smoked Cashel Blue Cheese Dip, Kerrygold Cheddar with Irish Stout, fruits, and nuts

• COURSE TWO: Russian Imperial Stout Chicken and Mushroom Boxty
Served with Mosaic Pale Ale
• COURSE THREE: Faux Pils Braised Brisket with Raspberry Tarty McFly carrots glazed with honey & carraway, and classic colcannon
Served with Copperhead American Amber
• COURSE FOUR: Chocolate Terminus Porter Cake with 2X Vanilla Barrel Aged Terminus Porter Frozen Custard
